Triperino Service Terms of Service

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Triperino internet service, available at www.triperino.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The owner and administrator of the Service is Maksymilian Blok conducting business activity under the name Codemaxi, NIP: 5911713026, with registered office at ul. Akacjowa 21, Grabowo Kościerskie (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

The Service is a travel portal enabling users to:

• browse travel guides for various countries
• search for interesting places to visit
• search for tourist events
• search for accommodation and dining establishments
• use the "fast trip" feature for quick trip planning
• configure user profile with travel preferences
• add own content, reviews and opinions
• use social features

Use of the Service is voluntary and requires acceptance of these Terms of Service.

§ 2. DEFINITIONS

User – a natural person with full legal capacity or limited legal capacity with the consent of a legal representative, using the Service.

Account – an individualized part of the Service, access to which is protected by login and password, containing User data and settings.

Content – all information, texts, photos, videos, comments, reviews and other materials posted on the Service by Users or the Administrator.

Personal data – information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

§ 3. TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE

The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technical and maintenance breaks.

To use the full functionality of the Service, an Account must be created by providing:

• email address
• password
• username (login)

The User undertakes to:

• provide true and current data
• maintain confidentiality of login data
• immediately notify the Administrator of improper use of the Account
• use the Service in accordance with the law and good customs

It is prohibited to:

• provide false personal data
• infringe copyrights and other intellectual property rights
• post offensive, vulgar, discriminatory or illegal content
• interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• use the Service for commercial purposes without the Administrator's consent

§ 4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may add their own content, including reviews, opinions, photos and comments about places, events and travel experiences.

By adding content to the Service, the User declares that they have full rights to publish it and grants the Administrator a free license to use it within the operation of the Service.

The Administrator reserves the right to moderate content and remove content that violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.

The User bears full responsibility for the content they publish.

§ 5. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

The rules for processing personal data are defined in a separate Privacy Policy.

The Service uses cookies and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyze traffic and improve functionality.

The Service may collect location data to personalize content and recommendations.

§ 6. LIABILITY

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Service is current and accurate, but does not guarantee its completeness and accuracy.

The Administrator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of information contained in the Service.

The User uses the Service at their own risk and responsibility.

§ 7. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.

All disputes will be resolved by Polish courts competent for the Administrator's registered office.

§ 8. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. Users will be informed of changes with 7 days' notice.

The Terms of Service enter into force on the day of their publication on the Service.

In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
